As a seasoned professional in HR management, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by overseeing recruitment and staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring to meet operational needs.
  • Employee Onboarding and Induction
    • Oversee smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Coordinate induction programs that foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Operations Management and Payroll
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring up-to-date information.
    • Manage HR workflows, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Performance Management
    • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems that drive growth and development.
    • Support managers in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and employee development plans.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Foster a positive work environment through strategic employee engagement activities.
    • Resolve employee grievances and conflicts effectively, promoting a harmonious workplace.
  • Training and Development
    • Identify training needs based on operational goals, ensuring employees have the necessary skills.
    • Coordinate training sessions and skill development programs that promote growth and excellence.
  • Statutory Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data.
    • Prepare regular HR reports for management review, providing valuable insights into organizational performance.
  • HR Policy Implementation
    • Implement and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Communicate policies effectively to all employees, promoting understanding and adherence.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is also essential.
