The role of an HR Generalist involves supporting the day-to-day activities of the HR department in a variety of settings, including offices and remote work environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage human resources information systems (HRIS) to track employee data, benefits, and other HR-related information
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

In addition to these key responsibilities, the HR Generalist will also be involved in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries from employees and management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
  • Familiarity with HR software and technology, including HRIS and time-tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
