Strategic HR Partner

About Us:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and foster strong relationships between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, and develop top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
  • Manage payroll, salaries, and statutory compliance, as well as employee benefits and welfare schemes.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and grievance handling procedures.
  • Coordinate exit formalities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management while being approachable and accessible to all employees.
  • Organize corporate events and functions that promote a positive work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and training.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with a record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) is highly desirable.
