We are seeking a skilled Strategic HR Professional to join our organization. As an Executive HR, you will play a vital role in shaping our hiring processes and ensuring that we attract the best talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers and sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.
- Advising job openings on careers pages, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates while staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
- Performing reference and background checks, and other office administration work as required.
- A graduate degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are essential.
