Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment for diverse roles, including sales executives, site engineers, and marketing professionals.
  • Onboarding: Design and deliver structured onboarding programs tailored to different functions.
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management systems (KRA/KPI based) for sales & site staff.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and employee feedback.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and team activities.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the go-to HR contact for employee queries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience (real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
