Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will lead the delivery of scalable, efficient, and employee-centric services across global operations.

About The Role

This is a challenging opportunity to develop and implement effective human resources strategies that support business objectives. As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes across global entities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.

  • Service delivery metrics.
  • Employee satisfaction ratings.
  • HR process efficiency indicators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
