As a strategic HR leader, you will drive business success by balancing short- and long-term goals with people-centric initiatives.

You will bring exceptional focus and expertise in scaling customer-focused operations and fostering team growth, well-being, and operational excellence.

The Group Leader - Human Resources will oversee a large, complex site/location.

They will collaborate with senior leaders to strategize business objectives and execute key HR initiatives that impact employee retention, engagement, and overall experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage generalist activities, including HR initiatives, employee retention, and engagement for the location.
  • Provide strategic direction to the team, implementing Human Resource strategies effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and manage an effective employee lifecycle, promoting positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive team development and integration of HR functions.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement short- and long-term human resources strategies for business growth and employee engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive culture change, aligning to cultural values.
  • Lead open and proactive communications, ensuring employees have necessary information for maximum performance.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and surveys.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to manage employee compensation, benefits, and rewards.
  • Act as a mentor, coach, thought leader, and functional expert to senior management.
  • Implement consistent strategy for HR management, development, selection of policies/practices, performance management, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Manage and develop direct reporting staff.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience in third-party business process services companies preferred.
  • Experience leading teams in fast-moving, customer-centric environments.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems through industry best practices.
  • MBA/PG degree preferred.
