Human Resources Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the Retail Business objectives and Staff related challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.
- Engage & work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
- Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team.
- Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best Practices for the team.
- Directly interact with store staffs, implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
- Responsible for HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Process.
- Coach individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
- Own/drive HR policies and directives ensuring smooth implementation across the organisation.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years' experience in retail relationships preferably from Large format Business;
- Ability to manage big teams effectively;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required;
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
