Key HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Generalist to oversee the end-to-end Human Resources function at our plant. This is a critical HR role, and the selected candidate will be the single point of contact for all HR activities.

End-to-End HR Management
  • Recruitment and onboarding for plant-level roles (blue-collar & staff)
  • Liaising with labor vendors for manpower supply
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Addressing grievances of workmen and staff, ensuring timely resolution
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
Payroll & Compliance
  • Coordinating with finance for timely payroll processing
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, etc.)
HR Operations
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management
  • Preparing regular HR MIS reports
Performance & Training
  • Supporting performance management processes
  • Identifying training needs and organizing skill development sessions

Required qualifications include a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with minimum 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements, excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and self-driven ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be a key enabler of people operations in a growing organization, working in a flat hierarchy with high visibility and supportive work environment where they can build processes from scratch.
