Job Title: Staffing Operations Manager

Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end staffing operations for multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in staffing operations or in HR roles supporting large staffing/manufacturing projects.
  • Master's in HR / MBA-HR preferred.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax and compliance for contract manpower.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and popular HRMS/payroll tools (experience coordinating with payroll vendors).
  • Strong recruiting experience across blue-collar, technical and mid-level roles — ability to manage high volume hiring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management — able to partner with operations, project managers and external vendors.
  • Good MS Excel and HR MIS skills; familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi; comfortable visiting/managing multiple plant sites.
  • High attention to detail, ethical integrity, and ability to manage confidential information.
