As a seasoned Client Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the technology and IT staffing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing client relationships.\
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base through proactive outreach.\
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide customized solutions.\
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.\
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.\
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.\
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.\
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.\
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.\
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.\
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.\
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.\
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.\
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.\
