The primary role of the Client Relationship Specialist is to act as a liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
The specialist must have a thorough understanding of client requirements, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies to deliver suitable solutions.
They will work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfilment of client needs.
The specialist will be responsible for driving client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
Opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling staffing and recruitment services will be identified by the specialist.
Client-specific engagement plans will be developed to build long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
The specialist will maintain and present reports on account performance, hiring trends, and client feedback.
Staying updated on industry trends, labour market insights, and competitor activities will also be a key responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong background in client relationship management, workforce staffing, and business engagement.
5–10 years of proven experience in similar roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
