We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our US-based operations, you will play a vital role in the onboarding and offboarding process for employees and contractors.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records of employee information
- Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of background checks and exit formalities
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance compliance and efficiency
- Supporting federal and client-specific compliance requirements
- Serving as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and candidates
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records and databases
- Ensuring seamless integration with MSP portals for efficient workflow management
- Developing and maintaining SOPs to support compliance and operational excellence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in staffing operations, HR coordination, or compliance support
- Hands-on experience with MSP portals and software applications
- A working knowledge of US federal employment regulations and laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
