Job Title

An experienced Operations Coordinator is required to oversee the efficient management of manpower planning and shift rostering. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless load projections and productivity targets are met.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a high standard of facility upkeep.
  • Monitor vehicle availability and ensure timely unloading/loading of vehicles.
  • Develop ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profiles and coordinate with fleet teams.
  • Maintain service levels and optimize performance metrics.
  • Facilitate communication across departments.
  • Drive key performance indicators in inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first mile metrics.
  • Oversee HR/Employee-related Key Result Areas (KRA's), including Diversity Hiring, Employee Morale, and Employee Safety.
  • Develop team members' capabilities through mentorship and training.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive them forward.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a Tier 1 college preferred.
  • 1-3 years of post-graduation experience.
