Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day execution across our teams.

  • Manage multiple teams and drive measurable outcomes through strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management & Scheduling: Oversee daily operations, manage capacity, and create efficient rosters and shift coverage.
  2. Process Development: Design, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each stage of the recruitment process.
  3. Pipeline Analysis: Monitor dashboards to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-onboard, submissions/day, interviews scheduled, offer rate, and join rate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in operations management within staffing/recruiting, edtech/training, BPO, or services environments;
  • Strong program/project management skills, including roadmaps, SLAs, RAID logs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS (preferably Salesforce), Google Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots), and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp Business).
