Job Title: Community Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a collaborative community environment, fostering relationships among members, and ensuring operational efficiency.
About the Role:
The Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our community, including managing membership billing, check-ins, and check-outs. They will also conceptualize and execute community events, introduce new members to the community, and gather data on members' business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a collaborative community environment
- Organize events to foster relationships among members
- Work with local businesses to plan engagement initiatives
- Measure and improve member satisfaction
- Ensure front desk coverage by community team members
- Conceptualize and execute community events
- Introduce new members to the community
- Manage membership billing and check-ins/check-outs
- Conduct center tours for potential members
- Address member needs and resolve issues
- Manage membership waiting lists
- Enroll members in Cowrks App
- Gather data on members' business objectives
- Supervise in-building events and maintain house rules
Operations:
- Ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness of CoWrks spaces
- Assist in building policies for guest registration, security, and building procedures
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Community Manager
- Liaise with facilities and IT support teams to resolve member issues
- Conceptualize initiatives to promote CoWrks
- Liaise with communications, marketing, and technology teams
- Implement new initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Inspect center amenities and services
- Prepare expense reports for review
- Send procurement requirements to respective teams
Sales & Marketing:
- Limit desk vacancies through enhanced member experience
- Work with the CoWrks marketing team for location visibility
- Manage community member leads according to the CoWrks Sales Process
- Focusing on driving auxiliary revenue streams
- Conduct walkthroughs and coordinate with the Sales Team
- Develop targeted marketing strategies based on research
- Promote members' offerings across Cowrks
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
