About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior leadership in identifying and shortlisting exceptional candidates to expedite the closure of strategic assignments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry mapping and tracking to source top-level executives with relevant work experience, job profile, functional expertise, and organizational set-ups.
  • Interact with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, and limitations before shortlisting and representing them.
  • Create a target list of companies and executives to match assignment specifications and research relevant information throughout the search.
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings (phone interviews) to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage candidate databases ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of market information within the company's system.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a related field.
