Job Title

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and resolving high-impact, cross-functional problems through first-principle thinking and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to maximize revenue growth through initiatives such as identifying funnel leakages, shaping pricing strategies, and enabling teams with better processes and tools.
  • Working closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.

  • 2+ years of experience in early-stage startups on the business side.
  • A passion for all things business and sales, with a willingness to get hands dirty to achieve goals.
  • Ability to context-switch between domains (support → sales → HR) without losing depth.
  • Comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • High agency and adaptability to make things happen.
