Regional HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Regional HR Manager. This position requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and provide guidance on HR best practices to management and teams.

The successful candidate will also have hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, as well as experience in hospitality, travel, or tech-driven industries. A professional HR certification and familiarity with HRIS systems and analytics are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Guide management and teams on HR best practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
