Your Role: As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales and lead generation on freelance platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of ₹30,000/month
  • 10% commission on revenue
