Our organization is seeking a strategic thinker to fill the role of Demand Planner. This position plays a vital part in our Sales and Operations Planning process, requiring collaboration with multiple business functions to ensure demand plans align with our company goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone with expertise in building accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • The successful candidate will lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across departments.
  • This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to synchronize supply and demand.
  • We require someone who can analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for discrepancies, and implement improvements.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and planning tools is necessary for creating data-driven plans.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is essential.
  • The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
