ServiceNow Strategic Planning Expert

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the ServiceNow Strategic Planning Workspace (SPW), including portfolio planning, goal management, and hybrid capacity planning.

They will also be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow's Generative AI Integration, including AI-assisted business case creation, feedback summarization, email project summaries, and AI agents for decision support.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of platform and development skills, including JavaScript and Glide APIs, Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, Service Portal and UI Builder, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Additionally, they should have experience with data and reporting, including Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, Data Separation and Domain Separation.

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

They should also be familiar with ITIL principles and have knowledge of investment funding, resource management, and financial planning.

Furthermore, the candidate should hold relevant certifications, such as SPM Implementer Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Agile Implementer Certification.

The role requires effective communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to participate and provide feedback during planning meetings.

Responsibilities include designing and developing solutions on the ITSM/ITOM modules using best practices, partnering with ServiceNow Business Analyst to understand requirements and possible solutions, and taking ownership of complex business requirements and working them to completion.
