Senior Servicenow Technical Lead

Job Description:

As a Senior Servicenow Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by designing and developing innovative solutions using the Servicenow platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user stories and determine technical requirements.
  • Provide guidance on configuration versus customization, focusing on solutions close to out-of-box functionality.
  • Develop and implement Servicenow applications, supporting the rollout of new modules.
  • Configure application UIs and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate expertise in application modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, and Self-service Portal.
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards with metrics and KPIs that adhere to best practices and prioritize instance performance.
  • Work collaboratively with other Servicenow administrators and developers for global development initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in code alignment across instances and ensure clean code in update sets.
  • Identify system deficiencies and provide proactive solutions to remediate them.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
  • 6+ years of experience in a design and development role for the Servicenow Platform.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Servicenow administrator.
  • Experience transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized service organizations.
  • Understanding of RESTful Web Service and APIs.
  • IT and Security management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards).
Desired Certifications:
  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification(s).
