ServiceNow Developer - Integrations

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development:
    • Build, configure, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, and other technologies.
    • Develop workflows, data transformations, and automation logic to support integration needs.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Collaborate with architects to design integration patterns and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
  • Maintenance & Optimization:
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations.
    • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for reliable data exchange.
  • Collaboration & Documentation:
    • Work closely with ServiceNow developers, system administrators, and process owners.
    • Maintain detailed technical documentation, integration diagrams, and runbooks.
  • Best Practices:
    • Ensure integration solutions follow ITIL and platform governance standards.
    • Stay current on ServiceNow releases and integration capabilities.

As a successful candidate, you will have experience with ServiceNow and be able to apply your knowledge to integrate it with various systems. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to translate complex technical concepts into simple language. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to work on challenging projects.
