ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with process managers and stakeholders to provide ServiceNow support and sparring.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in integration, data source, and transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
