Key Responsibilities:
The Demand Planner will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends to optimize inventory levels and meet customer needs.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, taking into account historical data, market trends, and seasonal fluctuations.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production planning, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, preferably in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar demand planning software.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, or JDE.
- Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain Optimization (S&OE) processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- A proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
