Our ideal candidate will be responsible for performance benchmarking, analysis and providing insights to optimize system performance in large-scale enterprise applications.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a Performance Optimization Specialist who will design and develop performance test plans, scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner.
  • This individual will monitor, analyze and troubleshoot performance issues using AppDynamics and other Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
  • The successful candidate will conduct end-to-end performance testing including load, stress, soak, spike and endurance testing.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for this role, including development, QA and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • A key responsibility of this position is generating detailed performance reports and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • The specialist will simulate large-scale user activity to test application scalability and response time.
  • Executing tests across various platforms including web, APIs, databases etc. is also part of this job.
  • Maintenance and update of performance test scripts as applications evolve is crucial for this role.
  • Adherence to best practices in performance testing and tuning is expected.

  • Proven experience in performance testing and optimization
  • Proficiency in LoadRunner and APM tools like AppDynamics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
