Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Planning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to clients through data-driven recommendations.

To achieve this goal, you will first engage with our clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Based on the client's requirements, you will utilize your analytical skills to perform complex data analyses, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methods.

From these analyses, you will develop and present strategic recommendations to our clients, driving business growth and improvement. This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning principles, including demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning.

Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent supply chain planning software is essential, as well as expertise in process automation, scripting, and integration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication of complex ideas, and driving results-oriented projects forward are also key aspects of this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent supply chain planning software
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
