**Job Title:** Operations Management Expert

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Expert to oversee the end-to-end operations of our apparel/fabric manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with international quality and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations across production, planning, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  • Ensure production targets are met with optimal resource utilization and minimum wastage.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

**Production Management:**

  • Monitor production lines to ensure delivery targets, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Drive lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Planning & Coordination:**

  • Oversee production planning and material flow to meet customer order timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and logistics teams for smooth execution.

**Quality & Compliance:**

  • Implement and monitor strict quality control measures across all production stages.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in apparel/fabric manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end apparel production processes (knits, woven, fabric, finishing).
