Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – EDP Platform Engineering

Location: Remote

Contract Term: 6 Months

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Professional to support platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resilience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and build dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Assist with cloud cost optimization strategies (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, anomaly detection).
  • Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams for process standardization.
  • Develop and implement solutions for monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency (RTO/RPO).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Strong skills in SQL and Python/R programming for analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and FinOps best practices.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI/QuickSight.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization techniques.
  • Preferred qualifications include AWS certifications and experience with IaC/CI-CD.
