Azure Optimization Consultant

Our ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, with a strong focus on scalability, cost efficiency, and performance optimization. As a skilled cloud architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality Azure solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular assessments of Azure resource utilization to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cloud spend while maintaining scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Design and implement cost governance frameworks, including tagging and monitoring dashboards.
  • Provide expert guidance on architecture improvements for high availability, security, and compliance.
  • Recommend and configure automation for DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
  • Support global scaling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide knowledge transfer and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Serverless).
  • Proven track record in cloud cost optimization and DevOps best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Azure Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, CosmosDB, Blob, Key Vault, Monitor, and B2C.
  • Familiarity with microservices, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
