**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our EDP Platform operations, you will play a vital role in analyzing workflows and operational processes to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Develop comprehensive KPIs and performance dashboards for platform monitoring and decision-making.
  • Support data-driven insights for strategic direction and product management.
  • Document and standardize operational procedures across teams.
  • Lifecycle management of IT platform products (Databricks, AWS services).

FinOps & Cloud Cost Management:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will execute cloud cost optimization initiatives with a focus on anomaly detection and cost avoidance strategies. You will maintain sophisticated cost models and estimation frameworks for infrastructure services, support Reserved Instances and Savings Plans optimization to achieve annual 10% cost savings target, and generate strategic cost reporting and variance analysis for leadership and vendor management.

Infrastructure Operations & Resiliency Support:

Monitor platform utilization and performance metrics, support L1/L2 operational activities for EDP Vanguard (Operations & Support Team), and assist with capacity planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and FinOps practices.
