Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Coordinator to handle day-to-day operations and provide administrative support for our organization. This is a remote position with early morning hours.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage office processes and administrative tasks
  • Conduct thorough research and compile comprehensive reports
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support daily business functions
  • Assist in process documentation
Requirements:
  • Essential: Strong Excel skills, Excellent communication, Reliable laptop and internet connection, Availability for a 4 AM - 2 PM IST schedule
  • Preferred: QuickBooks and/or Xero experience, Previous remote work experience, Relevant degree
Technical Requirements:
  • Personal laptop (Windows/Mac, 8GB RAM minimum)
  • High-speed internet (25+ Mbps)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Backup internet connectivity
