Role Description

  • Provide direct remote administrative support to the Managing Partner, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
  • Manage correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails and official communications.
  • Organize and maintain the Managing Partner's digital calendar, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during online meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed by the Managing Partner.
  • Conduct online research, prepare summaries, and provide timely updates on business matters.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of all company data within remote office and software systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant (remote experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare professional correspondence and reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
