Role Description

- Provide direct remote administrative support to the Managing Partner, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
- Manage correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails and official communications.
- Organize and maintain the Managing Partner's digital calendar, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during online meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed by the Managing Partner.
- Conduct online research, prepare summaries, and provide timely updates on business matters.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of all company data within remote office and software systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant (remote experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare professional correspondence and reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
