Executive Secretary Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Secretary to provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. They will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing high-quality reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails and official communications.
  • Organize and maintain digital calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during online meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed by senior leaders.
  • Conduct research, prepare summaries, and provide timely updates on business matters.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant (remote experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare professional correspondence and reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
