We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Manager for IT Solutions. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

About the Role:

  • Revenue Growth: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue from existing and new clients through strategic account management and proactive engagement.
  • Client Satisfaction: You will deliver unparalleled service, manage client expectations, and proactively resolve issues to exceed client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for new account development and expand existing accounts by building strong, long-lasting relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions and staffing services.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four junior account executives, setting clear performance goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  3. Revenue and Growth: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging CRM, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and phone AI tools to generate leads and drive account growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in IT solutions, staffing services, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in account management and client relationship building, proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and phone AI tools, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
