About This Role

AUGUS IT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our US Staffing division, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities with direct clients and primary vendors. Your expertise in establishing new service agreements and penetrating target accounts will drive revenue growth and expansion. If you have a proven track record in new business development and account management, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities with direct clients and primary vendors
  • Establish new service agreements and penetrate target accounts
  • Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients
  • Handle staffing business independently, with a focus on contract staffing requirements and closing positions

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development in the US market with preferably Fortune 1000
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be a hunter, accustomed to developing and closing new business
  • Experience that includes client relationship management, account growth/business development
  • Broad technical knowledge with IT terminology and culture
