Job Purpose:

The Corporate HR Head oversees the organization's cultural transformation, championing company values through strong leadership and inspiring behavior.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate comprehensive reports on all HR, payroll, and learning and development areas, adhering to employment law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development guidelines.
  • Advise and strategize on the development of effective employment policies across the organization.
  • Provide professional leadership, support, and development to HR staff to enhance knowledge, share best practices, and ensure relevant professional standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, and procedures, including legislation on data protection, equality, and health and safety.
  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core HR department areas, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce administration, employee engagement, payroll, reward, recognition, and maintaining/improving HR systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on engagement, welfare activities, productivity maximization, delegating HR responsibilities to line managers, and building leadership capability.
  • Lead the transformation and strengthening of organizational culture, ensuring company values and approach are displayed.
  • Implement a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with company values, business strategy, and commitments.
  • Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop/maintain effective relationships, and encourage retention.
  • Ensure managers have necessary skills and access to guidance and information to manage workforce issues.
