Safety Culture Transformation Leader

As a leader in our organization, you will assume the pivotal role of Project Director.

The successful delivery of a comprehensive safety culture transformation project for a leading steel company with multiple business units across India is your key responsibility.

Initially based at the Gujarat site, you will proactively plan, direct, and implement all aspects of the transformation program. This includes overseeing both construction safety activities and operational safety transformation programs at designated sites.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and engagement skills are instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture. You will engage client top management, resolve issues, manage change, communicate frequently about the project, report on progress, promote best safety practices, and review program effectiveness.

Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, organizing learning platforms, managing construction safety, collaborating with clients, fostering a culture of safety consciousness, and leading committee meetings are essential responsibilities.

This is a challenging opportunity requiring a minimum of 20 years of experience, preferably with exposure to large steel plants and safety culture transformation projects. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is essential, along with desirable safety qualifications and prior experience in working on safety culture transformation projects.
