A global leader is igniting the AI revolution by establishing a new AI Innovation Hub in India.

We are hiring delivery managers to lead programme execution and ensure world-class delivery of AI and GenAI solutions.

  • This is a pivotal leadership role within a rapidly scaling organisation designed to ensure that ambitious AI initiatives move from strategy to execution at pace and scale.

You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Define and Implement Delivery Frameworks: Develop and implement effective delivery frameworks and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives.
  2. Oversee End-to-End Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes from scoping to deployment and adoption.
  3. Drive Alignment: Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met.
  4. Anticipate Risks: Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers ensuring projects scale on time and within scope.
  5. Partner with Stakeholders: Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact.
  6. Establish Reporting Structures: Establish reporting structures dashboards and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership.
  7. Cultivate Excellence: Coach and mentor cross-functional teams embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub.

About the Role

Experience in delivery leadership or programme management with a background in AI digital transformation or large-scale technology programmes is required.
