About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing digital transformation plans that drive business outcomes.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology leadership.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to guide technical teams.

Technical Expertise:

  • Python, SQL, AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience in Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA (preferred) – with specialization in Technology, Operations, or Product Management.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks.
