Job Opportunity: Senior Vice President of Transformation

This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic and operational transformation across our North American, UK, and Australian insurance business. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer engagement.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Re-engineer inefficient processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Drive operational excellence across underwriting, claims, and servicing functions.
  • Establish performance metrics and governance frameworks to ensure measurable and sustainable improvements.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce) across regions.
  • Collaborate with Solutions and Delivery teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, and adoption.
  • Lead automation initiatives including RPA, workflow orchestration, and digital self-service capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise performance dashboards and KPI frameworks.
