IT Transformation Lead

The IT Transformation Lead will spearhead the digital transformation agenda across entities, orchestrating the delivery of custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions. This role is pivotal in establishing a robust data lake infrastructure and embedding AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Executing a 3-year digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Driving enterprise data initiatives including the development and scaling of data lake infrastructure.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support.
  • Establishing and leading the implementation of success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Overseeing the delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, and championing design thinking and agile methodologies with a product development mindset.
  • Driving the strategic adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Embedding AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Enabling delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments.
  • Establishing metrics to evaluate the success of innovation projects and reporting findings to senior leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
  • Developing future-ready IT teams with a focus on emerging digital technologies including AI and Cloud.
