Key Account Manager - Corporate Gurukul

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision makers in schools, colleges, and universities.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of each institution and provide customized solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for schools and colleges, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business with existing accounts and acquire new ones, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate and contract with clients, including thorough documentation.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Program Delivery

• Support the project team in on-campus and online program delivery.
• Coordinate with the project team on schedules.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores alongside the project team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Individual KPIs will be established on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Requirements

• Strong client relationship management skills.
• High motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales numbers and targets.
