Job Opportunity: Senior Team Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Manager to lead our team of professionals in achieving operational excellence and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 1020 personnel to ensure they meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Scheduling and Task Management: Schedule and manage daily tasks to optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Performance Monitoring and Quality Control: Monitor attendance, track productivity, and manage team rosters to maintain high performance levels. Conduct regular audits to assess process compliance and service accuracy.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the point of contact between the team and senior management/client, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and action plans. Collaborate with QA/Training teams for feedback implementation.
  • Employee Development and Engagement: Drive performance through coaching, upskilling, and continuous feedback. Recognize and reward high performers to boost morale and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
