About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Functional SME in Maconomy to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Analyze and understand functional business requirements to prepare and execute transition plans for Maconomy.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive understanding documents, conduct playback sessions, and apply resolutions in various Maconomy environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate activities, triage tickets, update documentation, and ensure compliance with support and release processes.

Requirements:

">

To succeed in this role, you must have:

">
  • Strong Finance functional/techno-functional expertise, including prior ERP experience.
  • Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA) in any ERP system.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Java, and proprietary languages like Mscript.
  • Prior IT and/or support-related experience.
  • End-to-end financial process knowledge, including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Revenue-to-Revenue (R2R) processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
