Job Title: ERP Financial Implementation Specialist

Experience : 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Financial Implementation Specialist with 5+ years of experience in implementing and testing ERP financial modules . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems (such as SAP , Oracle , Microsoft Dynamics , or similar) and extensive experience in testing financial modules like General Ledger (GL) , Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR) , Fixed Assets , and Taxation . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring testing and user training.

Key Responsibilities

Testing and Quality Assurance :

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans , test cases , and test scripts for ERP financial modules.
  • Perform functional testing , integration testing , regression testing , and user acceptance testing (UAT) .
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA .
  • Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.

User Training and Support :

  • Provide training to internal team and support team.
  • Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting , Information Technology , or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and testing ERP financial modules (e.g., SAP , Oracle , Microsoft Dynamics , Sage or similar).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger (GL) , Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR) , Fixed Assets , and Taxation .
  • Experience with ERP testing tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration and data validation in ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Scrum Master experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP financial module configuration and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GAAP , IFRS , SOX ).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate , Oracle Financials Certified Implementation Specialist , or similar).
  • Experience with ERP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA , Oracle Cloud ERP , Microsoft Dynamics 365 ).
