We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP systems, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Oracle ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle ERP systems.
- Assist in training end-users on Oracle ERP functionalities.
- Document system processes and user guides for reference.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-6 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
