Achieving Excellence in Financial Operations

Job Description:

The position of Senior Accounting Analyst is a key role within the accounting department, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting. This involves applying core revenue accounting principles to determine correct revenue treatment, in accordance with company policies.

Oversight of certain other accounting areas directly impacted by revenue, such as third-party costs, is also essential. The successful candidate will assist in the application of technical accounting policies, including fair value analysis and estimated customer life analysis.

Key participation in monthly and quarterly closes, including ownership of standard journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit schedules, is crucial. Additionally, assisting with audit preparation and answering auditor queries will be required.

Opportunities for process improvement and skill development are available for this enthusiastic and committed individual. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal. A detail-oriented approach, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, is essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in business systems and processes (Excel, CRM, ERP)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in an accounting department, preferably within the technology sector
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CRM system, and/or Revpro software
  • Involvement in critical projects or process improvement initiatives
